The dinosaur show is finally over, and it was a pretty good show for us even though it was only four days. The dinosaurs are being moved out, and the Muzzle Loaders are finally getting their range and campground back. Even though we had a lot of car traffic during the event, other venues were also open and making money too. Hunter’s sight-in was a big success, thanks to RobBauer and his range safety officer volunteers. This was the first time in a long while that we allowed non-members to come in without a member and sight-in. Many thanks to all of the volunteers who helped with this event. The Action Pistol Range was also very busy with many matches being held during that time. Many thanks to all of the APR volunteers as well.
Volunteers are very important to this club, and we appreciate all of the efforts and talents that they bring to us.
We had a Euchre party at the Club, and it was a big hit. We are going to try to have it every Thursday night at 6:00 PM, if possible. We are still working on getting the Key Card situation straightened out, and we are working daily with Guardian Alarm . Mike Stailey, 1st VP, has beenworking every day on getting this problem resolved.
It is getting close to election time, and if you are interested in any of the positions at the club, please step up and apply for Executive Board, Board of Directors, or Committee positions.
Thank you all for your support in all projects at OCSC, and I look forward to seeing you around the Club.
