Early September we had five archers go to the MSU Archery Fall Classic. Our JOAD archers and their coach came home with two gold and three silver medals. Congratulations team!

Work bees also ending for hunting season. The morning crew did a nice job keeping the ranges in good shape for the outdoor shoots. The evening crew attacked the invasive vines in August and September. We made a dent into vines around the FITA field. We have many acres to go.

Broadhead Leagues are the ending of outdoor leagues. We will move indoors with the starting of the Flint League and the Women’s the last week in September. Parks and Rec Archery Instruction and JOAD team begin in October.
