Drum Ball Fun on the Patio!

Join us for Drum Ball, a unique and exciting way to get moving! If you’re looking for a fun, low-impact workout that feels more like a game than exercise, this is it.

We use drumsticks and large stability balls to combine drumming rhythms with fitness movements. It’s great for coordination, core strength, and releasing stress—all while listening to great music!

• When: Every Monday & Thursday evening

• Time: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

• Location: Main Building Patio

• Fee: $5 Drop-in per class

Note: Sticks and balls are provided for all participants. Just bring your energy!
