SUMMARY:Vintage Races
DESCRIPTION:Registration is open for volunteers for The 2026 Waterford Hills Vintage Races. \n*Please note: Track will be live from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm\, Friday through Sunday.  We anticipate the schedule to look like: \n\nThursday – registration and tech 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm (no cars on track)\nFriday – practice & qualifying\nSaturday – 2 races per group\nSunday – 1 race per group\n\nALL pre-registered full day volunteers will be eligible for an expanded gas card program for this special weekend.  Each volunteer will also receive a commerative T-shirt. \nThis event is a great benefit to our club and brings high visibility around the country. Volunteers are needed in the following areas: \n\nFlagging and Communications (corners\, tower\, scribe)\nStart\nEmergency Services/Fire Rescue *with pre-approval (must be a current or previously licensed driver)\nGrid\nPace Car *with pre-approval (must be a current or previously licensed driver)\nRegistration\nStewards\nTech\nTiming & Scoring\nEvent Support\n\nShuttle Drivers\nHospitality\nAnnouncer\nHot Dog Cart (both Turn 6 and Hilltop)\nParade Lap Team Lead Car\, Pit Lane coverage\, Paddock Gate overseeing waivers and fees)\nGrounds Concierge (maintaining paddock\, hilltop and Turn 6 for trash\, parking assistance and runs to the OCSC club house for supplies\, etc.)\n\n\n\nIf you have any event questions\, please contact Joe Hershoren @ whrrivintage@gmail.com. \nIf you have any registration questions\, please contact Mary Shiloff @ mary.shiloff@gmail.com.
